Fix global stats view, remove heatmap toggle, and add globe rotation control

Corrected the site-wide post count to include hub posts, removed the heatmap mode toggle panel from the main screen, changed the country highlight color to cyan, and added a globe auto-rotation on/off toggle in the profile dropdown. Also fixed a flicker/delay bug when toggling rotation.

1. Fixed the global post count so it now includes both country posts and hub posts (previously hub posts were missing). 2. Removed the "HEATMAP MODE" toggle panel from the main globe screen. Country coloring now stays on posts mode. 3. Changed the country highlight color from violet to cyan for clearer contrast with the red hover color. Added a "Globe Rotation" on/off toggle to the profile dropdown menu (below Settings, separated by a divider). It defaults to ON and remembers the last setting across refreshes. 4. Fixed the screen flicker and delayed apply when toggling rotation, so the globe now updates instantly without reloading.
